Hi Tsholow, thanks for reaching out ot us with your question. Try to understand that all bodies are different shapes and sizes and there's no such thing as a perfect body. We wouldn't recommend that you go on any crazy diet, just try to cut down on any unhealthy foods, eat more of your vegetables and fruits and include some exercise in your life. Unless you've received advice from your doctor about needing to lose weight, then we think you shouldn't stress. Consult with your nearest doctor or clinic about whether or not you are unhealthy.

We think it's true that not having enough money limits you from the kinds of foods you can eat, but doing stuff like less deep-frying, and drinking more water than fizzy drinks will be able to save you some cash. Eating healthily does not mean you have to spend on luxury items as fruits and vegetables are not as expensive as other food items.
