Hey guys ... im new here i hope i aint asking too much but im in matric and i want to apply for a job sometime thing is I've never worked before now I don't know what to include or should I even have a reference list
Yes you can definitely include a reference list. Since you are new to the world of work, you can list your principal (if you have had a closw relationship with them), a mentor, one of your teachers, a leader at your church etc. It will also to list any voluntary experience you have had
Always looks good on a CV!

Hi Annoni. Thanks for your comment. It's so great that you've been job hunting, keep at it and you're bound to find something soon. No I don't think you ruined your chances, let's wait and see what happens.
I'm too nervous to approach a store and ask for work. It makes me really anxious
Hi Springster, thank you for sharing. It can be very intimidating to apply for a job. Just tell yourself that you deserve it and that they would be lucky to have you. Take a deep breath, back straight and head up. Even if you aren't feeling confident - just fake it. Good luck!
